• Please bring any photos of lash styles you would like to wear every day.

• Arrive on time.

• Arrive with clean lashes and eyelids, free of makeup and mascara residue.

• Refrain from drinking excessive liquids and caffeine 2 hours prior to your appointment.

• Be prepared to lay down for an average of 2 hours with your eyes closed.

• Dress comfortably with your hair down or in a low side ponytail.

• You are welcome to bring earbuds to listen to a podcast, take a nap, or chat during your appointment.

• Please put your phone on silent or vibrate so you do not disturb others.

• Please do not bring small children or pets to your appointment.

• Do not plan to go to the gym, swim, or get a facial until the following day.

• It is recommended to remove contacts before your appointment. If you have dry eyes, apply lubricating eye drops before your appointment.

• Please book your fill appointments ahead of time. We recommend booking 2 fill appointments at a time, especially if you have very specific days and times of the week you need to come in.

• Do not pick or pull your lash extensions.

• Do not rub your eyes.

• Do not apply oil-based products to your lashes. Avoid makeup wipes on your lashes, and avoid waterproof eye makeup because it contains oil.

• Saunas are not recommended.

• Book facials no sooner than 48 hours after your lash appointment, and make sure your esthetician covers your lashes to protect them from steam and skincare products.

• Please wash your lashes with lash shampoo and fresh water every day and after swimming, excessive sweating, and crying.

• Be careful with high heat. Take a step back when opening the oven or grill before stepping forward. Be careful with lighters near your face and with heat settings on hair dryers.

• If you have bangs or want to dry your lashes, use the cool setting only on your hair dryer.

• Do not use a lash curler or mascara on extensions.

• Brush them regularly.

• Try not to sleep on your face. Sleep on your back or side to protect your lashes.

• Schedule lash fills every 2–3 weeks.

• Please schedule lash fills every 2–3 weeks.

• You must have 50% of your extensions remaining to be able to have your lashes filled to 100% in the time allotted.

• Your lash artist can help you determine whether you need to come in every 2 or 3 weeks. It depends on your aftercare and how fast your lashes grow.

• Arrive with lashes that are clean and have been washed with lash wash.

• Do not come in with eyeliner on your lids.

• Please try not to apply moisturizer to your eyelids the morning of your appointment.

• Arrive on time.

• Arrive with clean brows and lashes, free of makeup.

• Do not apply moisturizer to your eyebrows or eyelids the morning of your appointment.

• If you use a lash growth serum, please refrain from using it 2 days prior to your appointment.

• If you use retinol or Retin-A, please do not use it 48 hours prior to your appointment.

• Be prepared to avoid washing your eyes or brows until the following day, preferably for 24 hours.

• Brow color will lighten after your brows are washed.

• Do not exfoliate brows.

• No mascara until the following day.

• Apply brow oil, if provided by your lash artist, starting the day after your appointment for five days while brushing the hairs upward.

• In the mornings, brush your brows straight up to hold the shape and keep the brows from going back to their previous curl pattern.

• Arrive on time.

• Arrive with clean eyelids and lashes, free of makeup, mascara residue, and moisturizer.

• Wear your hair in a low ponytail or down for more comfort during your service.

• If you use a lash growth serum, please discontinue use three days prior to your appointment.

• Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours after your appointment, as this can risk deactivating the lift.

• Do not plan to swim, spray tan, or work out until the following day.

• Do not wear mascara for 24 hours.

• Please apply the oil that was given to you by your lash artist once a day for 3–5 days after your service.

• Do not use a lash curler on your lifted lashes.

• Book a new appointment 5–6 weeks later when your natural hairs start to grow back in straight.
