First time clients: Before and After Care

---

•Please bring any photos of lash styles that you would like to wear everyday 

•Arrive on time

•Arrive with clean lashes and eyelids, free of makeup and mascara residue 

•Refrain from drinking excessive liquids and caffeine 2 hours prior to your appointment 

•Be prepared to lay down for an average of 2 hours with your eyes closed

•Dress comfortably with your hair down or in a low side ponytail 

•You are welcome to bring your earbuds do listen to a podcast, take a nap, or chat during your appointment

•Please put your phone on silent or vibrate to not disturb others.
•Please do not bring small children to pets to your appointments

•Do not plan to go to the gym, swim, or get a facial until the following day

•It is recommended to remove contacts before your appointment. If you have dry eyes applying lubricating eye drops (not visible) before your appointment 

•Please book your fill appointments ahead of time. We recommend booking 2 fill appointments at a time, especially if you have very specific days and times of the week you need to come in.

•Do not pick or pull your lash extensions 

•Do not rub your eyes 

•No oil based products can be applied to your lashes. No makeup wipes on your lashes. Eye makeup must not be waterproof (contains oil) 

•Saunas are not recommended 

•Book facials no sooner than 48 hours after your lash appointment and make sure your esthetician covers your lashes to protect them from steam and skincare products. 

•Please wash your lashes with lash shampoo and fresh water everyday and after swimming, excessive sweating, and crying. 

•Be careful with high heat. Take a step back opening the overnight or grill before stepping forward. Be careful with lighters near your face, and heat settings on hair dryers.

•If you have bangs or want to dry your lashes be sure to use the cool setting only on your hair dryer.

•Do not apply a lash curler or mascara to extensions

•Brush them regularly 

•Try not to sleep on your face, try to sleep on your back or side to protect your lashes

•Schedule lash fills ever 2-3 weeks 

•Please schedule lash fills every 2-3 weeks.
•You must have e 50% of your extensions, remaining to be able to have your lashes filled to 100% in the time allotted

• Your lash artist can help you determine whether you need to come in every 2 to 3 weeks. It’s based on your aftercare and how fast your lashes grow.

•Arrive with lashes that are clean and have been washed with lash wash.
•Do not come in with eyeliner on your lids.
•Please try not to apply moisturizer to your eyelids the morning of your appt.

•Arrive on time 

• Arrive with clean, browse and lashes free of make up

• Do not apply moisturizer to your eyebrows or eyelids in the morning of your appointment

•If you use a lash growth serum please refrain from using it 2 days prior to appointment day

• If you use any retinol or retin-a please do not use it 48 hours prior to your appointment

• Be prepared to not be able to wash your eyes or brows til the following day (preferably 24 hours)

•Brow color will lighten after they are washed 

•Do not exfoliate brows

•Apply oil that your lash artist gave you to lashes for 3-5 after your lash lift 

•No mascara til the following day 

•Apply brow oil that your lash artist gave you to

your brows starting the day after your appointment for five days brushing the hairs upward.

•In the mornings brush your brows straight up every morning to hold the shape and keep the brows from going back to its previous curliness. 

•Arrive on time 

•Arrive with clean eyelids and lashes free of makeup, mascara residue, and moisturizer

•Wear your hair in a low ponytail or down for more comfort during your service.
• If you use a lash growth serum, please discontinue use three days prior to your appointment.

•Do not get your lashes wet for 24 hours after your appointment, as you can risk deactivating the lift

•Do not plan to swim, spray tan, or work out til the following day

•Do not wear mascara for 24 hours 

•Please apply the oil that was given to you by your lash artist in on a day for 3-5 days after service. 

•Do not use a lash curler on your lifted lashes

•Book a new appt 5-6 weeks later when your natural hairs start to grow back in straight.
