*Cancellation Policy: A valid credit card is required at booking. Please be sure you always have a valid card on file. If you do not have card please contact us and we can hold a 50% deposit to secure your appointment which will go towards your service.
Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, we require adequate notice for any changes or cancellations. This allows us to respect our technicians’ time and give other clients the opportunity to book.
Cancellation Policy
This is a service based business and we are grateful for your business and make time for you so please respect our time by following the policies. Thank you for your cooperation!
*Refund Policy: There are no refunds because it is a service and not an item. In the event that you have an allergic reaction to the adhesive please contact us to come in so we can take a look and do a complimentary removal if neccessary.
Customer Satisfaction Policy:
We want everyone to be happy with their new lashes. However, if you happen to be unhappy with your lash style please contact us within 48 hours and we will gladly try to correct the issue. If for any reason you have lost an abnormal amount of lash extensions in the first 48 hours please contact us and we will have you come in as soon as possible to take a look, and we will offer you a courtesy 20 minuet touch up to try and correct it, as long as the extensions are not found to be pulled out or caused by improper aftercare.
*Pictures: I do take pictures of my work for social media. If you do not want your picture or pictures of your lashes only posted please let me know.
*After hours appointments can be made if someone is available for a convenience fee of $30 for coming in before or staying after business hours. The convenience fee for an artist coming in on a off day if available is $75.
Clean Lash Policy:
Lashes must be clean upon arrival of your appointment. That means no eyeliner, mascara, or other makeup residue on the lashes. Please wash them with the cleanser before you come in to your appointment or at least the morning of and plan not to wear excessive eye makeup that day. Also, it is preferable that you do not work out before your appointment unless you have time to wash them afterwards. DO NOT under any circumstances apply mascara to your extensions! You and I can both wash them numerous times and never get the mascara residue off. Why is that important? Because all the residue will coat the natural lashes and when I apply the extension it will not stick to your natural lash well because of the barrier between them. That means your retention may not be as good. If you need them washed at your appointment there will be a lash bath fee. If we have to remove extra lashes bc they are too dirty to clean an additional fee may apply. These recommendations are in place to protect your investment and time.
*Fills:
Fills are needed every 2-3 weeks for upkeep. This is when we replace lost extensions and remove outgrown lashes and unusable extensions. 40% of lash extensions per eye must be remaining after the outgrowns are removed to be considered a standard fill. Anything less than that will be considered a new set and will be set at current pricing. In the event the artist does not have time to do a full set in the timeframe, we will do what we can in the time available and an additional fee will apply. Your lashes may still not be quite as full as normal and a mini fill or a earlier appointment may be necessary.
Sick policy:
For the health and safety of our clients and Lash technicians, please do not come to your appointment. If you are sick or beginning to feel sick please reschedule your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid fees. Please not our cancellation policy includes those due to illness. If you arrive to your appointment ill, we will have to cancel your appointment and the no call no show fee have to apply.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a healthy work environment. We extend the same respect to our team by not working sick and we ask for the same consideration from clients.
